The South Eastern Conference signed 51 of the top 150 recruits! Any wonder why ESPN refers to the SEC as the strongest conference?
The Gators were limited in scholarships this year due to the fact that it is a very young team. There were very few seniors and only a couple of players that declared for the NFL draft. However, Florida ended up with a 3.94 average star rating per prospect. That leads the nation and reflects the quality of the group that was signed.
