The RNC's New 'Daisy' Ad

Committee uses Democrats' own words, images to illustrate point on closure of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba detainee facility.

Yesterday, the RNC released an advertisement touting the indecision among Democrats regarding the closure of the terrorist detainee facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Using the Democrats own words against themselves, all put in front of a backdrop made famous by Lyndon Johnson, the architect of the War on Poverty, was a very nice touch.

The stakes are indeed very, very high, and I don't find it particularly comforting that the president seems to be intent on satisfying the far left, fighting dissent on both sides of the political aisle to do so, and leaving the safety and security of the United States hanging in the balance.

Then again, when even the vice president himself essentially confirms that this decision was indeed made without having any sort of planned alternative, what else can you expect?
